IT WAS REPORTED THAT A PATIENT UNDERWENT PRIMARY BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH A 545CC MENTOR MEMORYGEL XTRA BREAST IMPLANT ON THE LEFT BREAST. POST-OPERATIVELY, THE PATIENT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH POSSIBLE LEFT BREAST IMPLANT RUPTURE. AT THE TIME OF THIS REPORT, MENTOR HAS RECEIVED NO INFORMATION REGARDING EXPLANTATION OR AN EXPECTED EXPLANTATION DATE.
