A CT [COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY] SCAN WAS PERFORMED, WHICH IDENTIFIED THE TUBE WAS STILL IN THE PATIENT'S STOMACH WITH THE DISTAL TIP WITHIN THE JEJUNUM.
