A NON-HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL REPORTED THAT, AFTER INTRAOCULAR LENS IMPLANTATION SURGERY, THE PATIENT EXPERIENCED CONSTANT FLOATERS, BLURRED VA AND PHOTOPHOBIA. HENCE THE LENS WAS EXPLANTED AND REPLACED WITH ANOTHER LENS IN A SECONDARY PROCEDURE. THE CLINICAL REASON FOR EXPLANT WAS UVEITIS GLAUCOMA HYPHEMA.
