PROVIDER ALLEGES CONSUMER WAS CROSSING THE ROAD AND THE SCOOTER ALLEGEDLY CUT OUT ON HER. WHEN IT STARTED AGAIN SHE WAS NEAR THE CURB CUT OUT AND THE SCOOTER ALLEGEDLY JOLTED AND THREW HER OFF AND FLIPPED OVER ON HER.
