  THE CUSTOMER REPORTED THE FOLLOWING: AFTER OPENING THE STELLANT CT DISPOSABLE KIT THE CUSTOMER OBSERVED A FOREIGN BODY INSIDE THE TUBING. THE CUSTOMER ELECTED NOT TO USE THE SYRINGE KIT. NO INJURY OR ADVERSE EVENT WAS REPORTED.
