  MEDTRONIC RECEIVED INFORMATION THAT FOUR DAYS POST IMPLANT OF THIS AORTIC MECHANICAL VALVE, A PERMANENT PACEMAKER WAS IMPLANTED DUE TO COMPLETE HEART BLOCK. NO ADDITIONAL ADVERSE PATIENT EFFECTS WERE REPORTED.
