Summary
The FDA's MAUDE database contains 8 adverse event reports that list this exact device (DI 00763000426552), received between Oct 2, 2023 and Sep 22, 2026 — classified as 8 malfunctions.
The most frequently reported specific device problem is “High impedance” (7 reports).
20 other recalls cover devices cleared under the same FDA submission (H020007, P960009); they may or may not involve this specific model.
Reports come from manufacturers, hospitals and patients and are not verified by the FDA. A report does not prove the device caused the event, and counts can't be used to compare devices or estimate failure rates. What reports can and can't tell you · How this data works · Data updated Oct 16, 2026.

MAUDE report 50854747 ↗MalfunctionNov 3, 2025High impedance; High impedance
IT WAS REPORTED THAT DURING AN IMPEDANCE CHECK, POLES 0 AND 1B SHOWED HIGH VALUES GREATER THAN 20 KO, INDICATING A MALFUNCTION OF THE TEST CABLE. AN IMPEDANCE CHECK WAS PERFORMED, AND A SECOND UNIT OF THE SENSIGHT TEST CABLE WAS USED FOR COMPARISON, WHICH OPERATED NORMALLY AND CONFIRMED THE DEFECT IN THE FIRST UNIT. THE PHYSICIAN WAS GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PROPER HANDLING OF THE TEST CABLE AND CLEANING OF THE ELECTRODE. ADDITIONAL TESTS WERE SUGGESTED TO VALIDATE FUNCTIONALITY, BUT THE ISSUE PERSISTED. THE USE OF A SECOND SENSIGHT TEST CABLE RESOLVED THE ISSUE. NO PATIENT COMPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN REPORTED AS A RESULT OF THIS EVENT.
