  IT WAS REPORTED THAT, DURING TKA SURGERY, THE TAB OF A NARROW CAPTURELESS JII AP BLOCK SZ-8 (THAT IS USED FOR THE SLAP HAMMER TO GO OVER) BROKE OFF. THE PROCEDURE WAS RESUMED, WITHOUT ANY DELAY, USING THE SAME DEVICE. PATIENT WAS NOT HARMED AS CONSEQUENCE OF THIS PROBLEM.
