  REVISION SURGERY - PATIENT WAS HAVING PATELLA PAIN. HE HAD A BIG PIECE OF SCAR TISSUE OVER THE PATELLA. THE SURGEON REMOVED THE SCAR TISSUE AND REPLACED THE OLD PATELLA FOR A NEW ONE.
