  IT WAS REPORTED THAT AS THE SURGEON ATTEMPTED TO IMPLANT FINAL POLY BEARING AND IT WOULD NOT SEAT ON TIBIAL TRAY. PRODUCT WAS REMOVED AND THE SURGEON NOTICED THE TRACK ON IT WAS IMPERFECT. OPENED A NEW SURFACE AND IMPLANTED IT WITHOUT INCIDENT.
