AS THIS WAS NOTICED BEFORE THE SURGERY, NO SURGICAL DELAY WAS REPORTED, AND A SMITH AND NEPHEW BACK-UP DEVICE WAS AVAILABLE TO FINISHED THE PROCEDURE. NO PATIENT INJURY OR OTHER COMPLICATIONS WERE REPORTED.
