IT WAS REPORTED THAT THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH BM037R - TC DE'BAKEY NDL HOLDER DEL SERR 260MM. ACCORDING TO THE COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION, THE TIP OF THE DEVICE WAS DAMAGED DURING SURGERY. THE INSTRUMENT WAS USED DURING CARDIAC SURGERY. THERE WAS NO DESCRIBED PATIENT HARM. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WAS NOT PROVIDED.
