IPSILATERAL ANTEGRADE APPROACH WAS PERFORMED. FOLLOWING PRE-DILATION, A 6X180X75 INNOVA STENT WAS PLACED AND DEPLOYMENT WAS INITIATED VIA THE THUMB WHEEL.
