WHEN IN PREPARATION TO TIGHTEN THE DELTA EXTEND STEM TO THE EPIPHYSIS WE NOTICED THAT THE SIZE 10-12 SPANNER WAS NOT IN THE SET EXCEPT THERE WERE 2 OF THE SIZE 6-8 SPANNERS. AS A RESULT, WHEN TIGHTENING THE TWO PROSTHESIS, SOME OF THE HA COATING WAS SCRATCHED AS WE USED THE SIZE 8 WHICH WAS JUST TOO SMALL TO DO THE JOB CORRECTLY.
