  THE PRODUCT ARRIVED DIRTY. SMALL HOLES IN THE PLASTIC HAVE ALLOWED DIRT TO ENTER UNDER THE PLASTIC AND MAKE THE ITEM DIRTY. THERE WERE NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THE OUTER PACKAGE THE ITEM ARRIVED IN.
