The FDA's MAUDE database contains 20 adverse event reports that list this exact device (DI 10603295520306), received between Oct 1, 2021 and Sep 29, 2026 — classified as 20 injuries.

The most frequently reported specific device problem is “Device Dislodged or Dislocated” (8 reports).

Reports come from manufacturers, hospitals and patients and are not verified by the FDA.
