ACCORDING TO THE FACILITY ON 10/22, "ONE OF OUR PATIENTS WAS RECEIVING A CHEMOTHERAPY INFUSION. THE CHEMOTHERAPY WAS INITIATED AND AFTER A FEW MINUTES THE PATIENT NOTED HER SHIRT WAS WET.
