THE SURGEON WOULD HAVE TO TIE THE SUTURE IN ORDER TO CONTINUE WITH THE PROCEDURE. THE PROCEDURE WAS COMPLETED WITH ANOTHER LIKE DEVICE WITH NO PATIENT CONSEQUENCE.
