IT WAS REPORTED THAT A PATIENT UNDERWENT AN UNKNOWN PROCEDURE ON (B)(6) 2023 AND SUTURE WAS USED. BEFORE USE ON THE PATIENT, IT WAS REPORTED BY THE SALES REP THAT DURING THE UNKNOWN PROCEDURE THERE WAS A PIECE OF HAIR THAT WAS FOUND IN THE CLOSED SUTURE PACKAGE. DEVICE AVAILABLE FOR RETURN. NO ADVERSE PATIENT CONSEQUENCES WERE REPORTED. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WAS REQUESTED.
