THE EXPIRATION DATE OF UNKNOWN LABEL IS INCOMPLETELY PRINTED AND CANNOT BE COMPLETELY ATTACHED TO THE MEDICAL RECORD. SO FAR DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF LABEL IS CLAIMED BY HOSPITAL.
