  IT WAS REPORTED THAT A PATIENT UNDERWENT A CARDIAC PROCEDURE ON (B)(6) 2025 AND SUTURE WAS USED. DURING A CARDIAC SURGERY AT (B)(6), SUTURE WAS USED. DURING THE SUTURING, THE SUTURE BROKE. A NEW SUTURE WAS THEN PROVIDED, AND THE SUTURING WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED. NO HARM WAS CAUSED TO THE PATIENT, AND THE SURGERY WAS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WAS REQUESTED.
