IT WAS REPORTED ON AN UNKNOWN DATE THAT THE PATIENT UNDERWENT FOR A REVISION SURGERY DUE TO SCREW FAILURE. IT WAS UNKNOWN IF THE REVISION SURGERY COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY.
