THE ISSUE WAS NOTICED THROUGH THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS WHERE THE STENT WAS FOUND LIKE PLASTIC AND WAS TEARING DIRECTLY FROM THE BOX KNOWING THAT THE STENT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE STRETCHABLE FROM 23CM TO 30CM. AS PER THE FOLLOW UP INFORMATION RECEIVED ON 28JUN2024, THE SAMPLE WAS AVAILABLE AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE SAMPLE WAS NOT USED BUT THE USER FOUND THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT CHANGES, SO TESTED IT BEFORE USING. THEY OPENED 5 ITEMS AND FOUND OUT BROKEN. 30 PIECES ARE STILL WITH THE PHARMACIST OF THE CLINIC AND THEY WOULD MAKE RETURN OF ALL THE SAMPLES FROM THE SAME LOT.
