  ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER, WHILE PERFORMING SUBCUTANEOUS STITCH IN A FLAP PROCEDURE, ONE OF THE SUTURE THREAD BROKE AND THE OTHER NEEDLE AND THREAD WERE FOUND DETACHED. THE SURGEON REPLACED THE DEVICES TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THERE WAS NO PATIENT INJURY.
