  ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER, DURING OPEN LACERATION REPAIR, WHEN CLOSING ON THE PATIENTS HEAD, THE NEEDLE BENT THEN THE SUTURE BROKE OFF THAT WAS FOUND UNDER THE PATIENT. THERE WAS NO PATIENT INJURY.
