  IT WAS REPORTED TO COVIDIEN ON (B)(6) 2017 THAT A CUSTOMER HAD AN ISSUE WITH A DIALYSIS CATHETER. THE CUSTOMER STATES DURING IMPLANTATION OF THE CATHETER THE DOCTOR FELT THE CATHETER WAS LEAKING AND REMOVED AND REPLACED IT.
