  ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER, DURING A WOUND CLOSURE, THE THREAD BROKE ON THE TWO SUTURES WHILE TYING A KNOT. A NEW SUTURE PACK WAS GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER TO COMPLETE THE CASE. THERE WAS NO PATIENT INJURY.
