ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER, DURING PROCEDURE, THE SUTURE MATERIAL BROKE OFF AT CONNECTION POINT OF NEEDLE. ADDITIONAL SUTURE WAS OPENED TO COMPLETE THE CASE AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
