TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, A SUTURE FROM ANOTHER MANUFACTURER WAS SUCCESSFULLY USED TO COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE. NO PATIENT COMPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN REPORTED AS A RESULT OF THIS EVENT.
