  ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER, DURING A HEMODYNAMICS PROCEDURE, ALL THREE SUTURES HAD NEEDLE BROKEN. A NEW SUTURE WAS USED WITH NO PROBLEM. THERE WAS NO PATIENT INJURY.
