  ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER, "ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER, SIX DAYS POSTOPERATIVELY, THE PATIENT RETURNED URGENTLY WITH COMPLETE RELEASE OF THE OVERLOCK ON THE TWO EYES, AND IT WAS NOTED THAT THE SUTURE LINE DID NOT HOLD. ATTEMPTED REPAIR UNDER LOCAL ANESTHESIA PROVED UNSUCCESSFUL. THE PATIENT HAD TO BE TAKEN BACK UNDER ANESTHESIA GENERALLY THE FOLLOWING NIGHT TO REDO THE TWO CONJUNCTIVAL SUTURES WITH ANOTHER THREAD OF SLOWER RESORPTION. IN ADDITION, THE PATIENT EXTENDED HOSPITALIZATION AND WAS ADMITTED TO THE ICU."
