  ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER, INTRA-OPERATIVELY, WHEN ON THE PERCUTANEOUS TISSUE, JUST BEFORE SUTURING USING A RUNNING STITCH BY THE SURGEON, THE DEVICE'S THREAD BROKE AND THE NEEDLE WAS DETACHED. THE PATIENT'S OUTCOME WAS UNKNOWN.
