  ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER, "DURING A C-SECTION, WHILE TYING THE SUBCUTANEOUS SKIN SUTURE, THE SUTURE WAS SUBSEQUENTLY BROKEN. IT WAS NOTED THAT THE SUTURE COULD BE PUSHED BACK AND FORTH OVER THE TENDON. THERE WAS NO PATIENT INJURY."

DUE TO THE PRODUCT ISSUE THE PATIENT HAD TO GO ANOTHER PROCEDURE IN ORDER TO REMOVED (SIC) THE COMPONENT INSIDE THE CAVITY. THE PATIENT ALSO HAD TO EXTEND HOSPITAL STAY DUE TO THE PROBLEM."
