  ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER, "ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER, DURING A VEGETATION AND TONSILS PROCEDURE, WHEN SUTURING THE NEEDLE BROKE AT THE BASE OF THE THREAD AND DISAPPEARED INTO THE MUSCLE , THE NEEDLE WAS FOUND, THE OPERATION TOOK LONGER. THERE WAS NO PATIENT INJURY."
