DEALER REPORTED THAT CUSTOMER STATED THE INSTRUMENT BROKE OFF WITHIN THE PATIENTS MOUTH. THE BROKEN PART COULD NOT BE REMOVED AND PATIENT NEEDED AN X-RAY AT THE ORAL SURGEON. THE BROKEN PIECE WAS VISIBLE ON THE X-RAY.
