DUE TO A SUPPLY SHORTAGE, THE CANNULA IS TOO LARGE FOR THE NEBULIZER CONNECTOR. IMPOSSIBLE TO PLUG IN. THE PATIENT HAD TO HOLD THE NEBULIZER IN FRONT OF THE CANNULA AS BEST HE COULD DESPITE HIS BREATHING DIFFICULTIES. THERE WAS PATIENT INVOLVEMENT.
