WHILE THE CUSTOMER WAS USING A PART OF AN INTRAORAL SENSOR SYSTEM, THEY ALLEGE EXPERIENCING IMAGE QUALITY ISSUES WHEN AN X-RAY IMAGE WAS TAKEN AND AN ADDITIONAL IMAGE WAS REQUIRED. NO INJURY WAS REPORTED FROM THE ALLEGED EVENT.
