COMPLAINANT REPORTED THAT PATIENT HAD GLUTEAL IMPLANTS IMPLANTED, AND THE LEFT SIDE DEVICE WAS EXPLANTED APPROXIMATELY 15 MONTHS POST-OPERATIVELY DUE TO RECURRING SEROMAS AND POSSIBLE INFECTION.
