COMPLAINANT REPORTED THAT PATIENT HAD CALF IMPLANT EXPLANTED MORE THAN SEVEN YEARS POST-OPERATIVELY DUE TO IT BEING BROKEN INTO PIECES. THE DEVICE WAS REPLACED WITH ANOTHER CALF IMPLANT.
