THE USER FACILITY REPORTED THAT THEIR EVOLUTION LOADING CARS HAD SHARP EDGES WHICH ARE SNAGGING AND TEARING HOLES IN THEIR SURGICAL PACKS. A PROCEDURE DELAY WAS REPORTED AS USER FACILITY PERSONNEL ELECTED TO REPROCESS INSTRUMENTS. NO REPORT OF INJURY.
