THE USER FACILITY REPORTED AN EMPLOYEE INJURED THEIR SHOULDER WHILE ATTEMPTING TO LIFT THE LOADING CAR TO THEIR ATLAS TRANSFER CARRIAGE. THE EMPLOYEE WENT TO THE FACILITY'S EMERGENCY ROOM; HOWEVER, IT IS UNKNOWN WHAT TREATMENT MAY HAVE BEEN ADMINISTERED.
