THE USER FACILITY REPORTED THAT THEY WERE HAVING DIFFICULTY LOADING AND UNLOADING THEIR AMSCO 400 STERILIZER WITH THEIR TRANSFER CARRIAGES. ONE EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HER WRIST BECAME SORE. THE EMPLOYEE SELF-TREATED WITH ICE AND IBUPROFEN.
