URETEROSCOPY WAS PERFORMED WITHOUT A GUIDE WIRE TO POSITION IT, SINCE AFTER THE LACERATION IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO PASS THE GUIDE THROUGH A CYSTOSCOPE.
