THE HARD PLASTIC PORT AT THE TOP OF THE FEEDING TUBE HAS A SMALL CUT/TEAR. THERE IS A SMALL BLACK ARROW DRAWN ONTO THE DEVICE POINTING AT THE CUT. THIS CUT CAUSES THE DEVICE TO LEAK.
