CLINICAL TRAINER REPORTED WHILE RUNNING A STERILIZATION CYCLE THE STERILIZER FELL OFF OF THE COUNTERTOP ONTO THE FLOOR. THE NOISE CREATED DURING THE INCIDENT LEFT A RINGING SOUND IN HER EARS.
