THE PATIENT WAS EDUCATED ON HOW TO GET INTO CHAIR BUT PROCEEDED TO THROW HIS LEG TO THE FRONT AND IT GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN THE HEEL BOLSTER AND THE FOOT PEDAL, HE THEN FELL AND BROKE HIS TIBIA AND FIBULA.
