IT WAS REPORTED THAT, THE HOLE OF A SCRW-N R3 20DEG 32MM TRL ACET LNR 50MM IS BROKEN. THE METAL RING THAT IS IN THE CENTER OF THE TRIAL LINER POPPED OUT AND BROKE ON ONE SIDE. AS THIS WAS NOTICED IN A NON-SURGICAL ENVIRONMENT, THERE WAS NOT PATIENT INVOLVED.
