  A COMPLAINT WAS RECEIVED WITH REGARDS TO A 3ML SYRINGE WITH SPINNING CHEMOLOCK INJECTOR IN WHICH IT WAS REPORTED THAT THERE WAS LEAKING. PATIENT INVOLVEMENT WAS NOT SPECIFIED. THERE WAS NO HARM.
