AS THE REVISION WAS DONE BECAUSE OF INFECTION, THE DOCTORS ARE NOT REQUIRING AN INVESTIGATION. HOSPITAL WILL NOT GIVE ME ACCESS TO PATIENT NOTES OR LABORATORY RESULTS. THE INSERT WAS DISPOSED OF ACCORDING TO HOSPITAL POLICY.
