  IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE PATIENT'S LEFT KNEE WAS REVISED DUE TO PAIN AND INSTABILITY. AN 8X10 PS INSERT WAS REVISED TO AN 8X11 TS INSERT, AND THE PATIENT'S NATIVE PATELLA WAS RESURFACED. REP PROVIDED PRIMARY AND REVISION USAGE SHEETS AND CONFIRMED THAT NO FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE RELEASED BY THE HOSPITAL OR SURGEON.
